How should products be stored?

Follow your product packaging and batch documentation. The collection specifies storage at 2°C – 8°C. Contact Vitalgenics for product-specific requirements.

How can I check availability?

Submit a product inquiry with the name and presentation you need. Availability, shipping destinations, delivery conditions and pricing are confirmed separately.

Where can I find a verification code?

Look for an individual code on your product packaging. A batch number alone cannot be used to verify authenticity.

Can I request product documentation?

Yes. Include the product name and, when available, its batch number in your inquiry. Certificates and specifications must correspond to the specific product and batch.
